belligerent-dreams: A 2p England to match my 2p America.  He reminds me of the Mad Hatter, and 2p!America reminds me of the Joker.  Headcanon:  2p!Arthur likes to throw elaborate tea parties for his companions, and he poisons the tea. He is immune to it, however.  He gets angry when 2p!Alfred breaks his tea set with his bat, but he has a tendency to break them himself anyway due to his violent excitable episodes.
