Since Himaruya has never given any of the 2P’s new personalities, all these fanon personalities are made. They can be anything you want. When I answer what personality -such and such- has I merely look at the fanon that people have already created. Anyone has the ‘right’ to make a new 2P personality for these characters and as such, some characters have gotten more attention then others. 

Some are still rather plainly evil because no one (or no one to my attention) has made them uniquely evil. Since all evil is different and manifest in different ways this should be worked out. But never should you feel limited in a popular fanon’s interpretation of these characters. Or even feel limited to make 2P’s evil in the first place. 

So the answer to your question is, I suppose, maybe?

Fanon hasn’t really made anything special for him. Shorter tempered, enjoys violence, and more forward  like all the fanon 2Ps.
